st. John of the Cross Parish was formed on November 29, 2009 as part of the reconfiguration of the Cleveland Catholic Diocese by the merging of St. Felicitas and St. Paul parishes. The parish is located at the St. Felicitas Church campus. The parish name was selected by Bishop Richard Lennon from a list of several suggestions compiled from each merging parish.

The St. John of The Cross Parish campus consists of four main structures: our church, including a gathering area and dividable meeting rooms, a rectory with business offices, the Parish Community Center, and a residential building. We also have an outdoor shrine where early Sunday Mass is celebrated in this beautiful wooded setting during the summer. There is a set of bocce courts,  The campus is situated on the southernmost border of Euclid, Ohio, bordering Richmond Heights, on approximately nine acres, with the buildings surrounded by woodland.
