Catholic Charities Lorain County is committed to walking alongside the adults, children, and families in our community who are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. Every day, we provide mental health support, alcohol and drug treatment, prevention services—including teen mentoring and school-based therapy—as well as essential assistance such as housing support, food resources, and help navigating daily barriers across Lorain County.

As the need for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our programs to serve residents in the best and most effective way possible. Our center—located at the former St. Vincent de Paul School in Elyria—offers a unique and welcoming space that allows us to reach more individuals and families in need. Many Lorain County school districts have asked to partner with us to support their students and families through therapy, prevention programming, and case management. Strengthening these partnerships, with your financial support, is vital to our long-term impact and the overall well-being of families across the county.
