Fit from Faith Foundation

Who We Are: Our work began in 2016 at St. Charles Borromeo and St. Mary Seminaries in Wickliffe, Ohio, where we worked with seminarians and expanded our efforts to the laity in 2020. The Fit From Faith Foundation was established in 2019 to empower believers in Christ to find freedom in their health. No matter your vocation, you are called to health and wholeness, but many Catholics feel powerless to unhealthy food and thinking patterns because of the demands of life and ministry. These unhealthy patterns often leave many Catholics in a chronic state of dieting, burned out, and feeling unfulfilled.

Fit From Faith offers customized whole-person health coaching centered on Christ that will meet the demands of your vocation. Each program includes lessons, accountability, prayer, and practical application to help you form sustainable habits and reach your long-term goals. Our goal is to empower you to create real-life changes under real-life circumstances and grow in your relationship with Christ. We've worked with laity, priests, seminarians and people from all walks of life.

The Need: Fit From Faith Foundation is excited to participate in the #weGiveCatholic on Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2024 (early giving starts November 23, 2024). The #weGiveCatholic annual campaign is Fit From Faith Foundation's campaign to seek monetary donations to help with all areas of Fit From Faith programming, development, marketing, communications, and scholarships. I hope you will partner with us and join this day of giving and fund Jesus’ mission for His Church to become healthy and whole through the Fit From Faith message! This year, your gift will directly impact Fit From Faith’s marketing and communication efforts as we launch our mission and programming throughout the United States. Our program is known by word of mouth, and this year, the Lord put it on our hearts to launch bigger throughout the United States to reach more and help more people become physically, emotionally, and spiritually integrated.
