Immaculate Heart of Mary School

It is with joyful anticipation that Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is preparing to celebrate its 75th Jubilee Anniversary in 2027. Our tradition of educating the hearts, minds and souls of our students is strong and enduring! We have hundreds of graduates in our community and the world thriving in their careers and living the faith that they learned during their elementary school years. An IHM education truly is a lifelong investment in the quality of life for our graduates.

In honor of the 75th celebration occasion, we are gearing up for some improvements to our school building and parish. Our new pastor, Fr. Kevin Elbert, has a vision for renovating the former convent building to house our new Makerspace and Creative Arts classrooms. One of the distinctive features of our Catholic school is educating the whole person, and we know how important coursework in the specialty areas is to this goal.

Another exciting initiative is the opportunity for our students to grow spiritually and increase our Catholic Identity by taking our 6th-8th graders to off-campus retreats at Damascus. At the same time, we are creating a plan for grade level retreat experiences for all grade levels of students.

You are here at just the right moment, as the groundwork is being laid for the continued success of our Parish and IHM school for the next 25 years.

We need your help during this exciting time of school expansion and prayerfully ask for your commitment to #WeGiveCatholic on December 1st. Please review the enclosed sponsorship form and return it in the enclosed envelope.
We are so grateful for your support. May God bless you abundantly for your generosity.

In prayer and gratitude,

Fr. Kevin Elbert
