Who We Are

Regina Health Center is a certified nursing facility that provides the highest quality of care for aging women and men religious, diocesan priests and laity seeking a Catholic, faith-based environment. 

2024 Goal: Support the Regina Fund

The Regina Fund covers the gap for the insufficient funds Medicare/Medicaid provides. The majority of residents, including all vowed religious, are on this government assistance and it does not cover the true cost of compassionate care. Regina Health Center would never turn away any senior in our care and we rely on support from generous donors to fill this gap.

Regina Health Center is home for more than 120 individuals needing assisted living, skilled nursing or rehabilitation services, many of whom are aging members of 22 different congregations and the dioceses of Cleveland and Youngstown. Several of them were teachers, administrators, nurses and priests that you may have known when you were in school, none of which have a retirement savings plan. They would be honored to know that you haven't forgotten them in their time of need. Your gift will go directly to support our mission for their 5-star quality care, and perhaps more importantly, you will be remembered in their daily prayers.

Regina Health Center offers skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation therapy in a spiritual environment in which residents share in fellowship and faith. RHC regularly receives 5-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). On the Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) Family and Resident Satisfaction Surveys, RHC consistently scores in the top percentiles. In 2024, Regina Health Center was named one of Ohio's Top 10 nursing homes by Newsweek.
