Who We Are

Regina Health Center provides compassionate and holistic health care services primarily for members of religious communities, clergy and for other persons needing supportive services or residential nursing care. 

For the second year in a row, Regina Health Center has ranked among the top 10 nursing homes in Ohio on Newsweek’s prestigious America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026 list. Regina Health Center ranked #7 on the list for facilities with 50-99 beds.

2025 #weGIVECATHOLIC Goal: 
Support the Front Plaza Project!

Renovations are underway on the plaza area across the driveway from Regina Health Center's main entrance!

Residents love to sit near the front driveway and greet visitors, but this area quickly gets filled. More handicapped-friendly space is needed so every resident feels included.  

To provide residents with an additional fully-accessible space to entertain visitors and enjoy the outdoors, the plaza will feature:

• An easy-to-access brick path and patio area

• Sturdy benches, both refurbished and new

• Colorful flowers

• A pergola

Additionally, the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Bell will be moved to serve as the centerpiece of the renovated space. An artist’s rendering of the project is pictured above.

Thanks to gifts already made to the Beautification Fund, construction has started on the front plaza project this fall. The goal is for residents and loved ones to enjoy the new plaza by next spring.

However, your help is needed in pushing this project across the finish line! 

Our goal during #weGIVECATHOLIC is to raise $50,000, which will help us with the springtime tree and flower planting, and will also provide for the upkeep of Regina Health Care's outdoor spaces for years to come.
