Our Campaign~ A New Gym Floor!

In 1960 we broke ground for what is today our school gymnasium.  For decades and from its construction over time to what it is today, our gym has served as a center for student and parish life, acting as our original church building on our Franciscan campus.  In 1985, with the completion of our current church building, our gym floor was replaced for the student and parish activity that would take place.  Over the years that floor has certainly seen its share of fun times, exciting wins, heart-felt productions, and moments of gathering.  With all the good things, however, comes the wear and tear that our maintenance can no longer sustain in the floors current state.  We need a new one.

This year in our weGIVECATHOLIC campaign, we are raising money to replace our almost 40-year old floor with one that will sustain the bright future ahead for our faith community of St. Anthony.  We encourage you to participate as your heart calls you to give... and we appreciate so deeply what you will give!  Share what we're doing with your family and friends.  Tell the story of the good things that have happened in our gym and share with us the dreams you have for the space in the future!  Please keep this initiative along with our beloved students and parishioners in your prayers.  THANK YOU! 

Who We Are

St. Anthony of Padua School is a Roman Catholic school affiliated with the parish of St. Anthony of Padua and Diocese of Cleveland, serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade from Parma and surrounding neighborhoods. Our school community is comprised of 153 families with 203 students currently enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year. As a member of the Diocese of Cleveland, St. Anthony of Padua is an accredited non-public school with the Department of Education and the Ohio Catholic School Accreditation Association.

As a school community rich in history and tradition, we strive to celebrate our Catholic identity daily, building lifelong foundational values in accordance with the messages found in the Gospels. Evidence of our Catholic identity is intertwined into every aspect of the learning environment, continually fostering our school mission and service to others.

In addition to providing a school environment rich in Catholic identity, St. Anthony of Padua strives to provide an educational experience promoting academic excellence that instills a love of learning and prepares our students for the next chapter in their educational journey. As the world of education continues to evolve, we vow to continually reflect upon on our practices to ensure we are providing instruction and curriculum aligned with high expectations, rigor, and 21st century learning.
