As part of an international network that offers emergency person-to-person assistance to local people in need, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Diocese of Cleveland has been helping neighbors in crisis since 1865. Thanks to financial donations from caring people like you and the efforts of our 1,800+ members and volunteers throughout Northeast Ohio at our parish groups and hunger centers, last year SVDP positively impacted more than 181,000 men, women, children and seniors.  This help came in numerous ways and included hunger relief, clothing, help with utilities, eviction/homelessness prevention with rent assistance, winter blankets to the homeless, beds/mattresses, school supplies and more. This assistance was valued at more than $12 million.
