WE GIVE CATHOLIC 2024: HELP US “RAISE THE ROOF!”

 We are excited to announce that Phase #1 of the long-awaited partial roof replacement on the north side of our beautiful St. James Church will begin soon! 

Construction in the first phase of this roof replacement is slated to begin in 2025. Your generous gift to our #weGiveCatholic campaign will prevent further damage as we progress towards future phases.  

 

Phase #1, partially financed by the sale of our school and rectory, includes: the selection of a project manager (done); a qualified assessment contractor (done); professional assessment work (done); the development of the design drawings (done); the bidding process (done); and selection of the construction contractor (in process). Phase #1 of roof replacement in 2025 will include work on the two transept roofs above the Mary and Joseph side altars. 

 

Our goal for #weGiveCatholic 2024, is to raise $32,000. How far we can go with the north roof replacement is dependent on the success of this campaign and future fundraising. Your generosity will help ensure that the damage above the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph side altars will stop as we continue to make progress.
